She just wants them to toe the line and leave the innocents out of their conflicts, only really taking down those who stray and cause problems for regular people. This means that she might know of a witch or vampire coven or two hanging around and not do anything about them because they keep the peace, something which I'm sure the other Hunters might be a bit twitchy over. I've also found the need to put her background in a hider after my latest edit lol.
