Date ducked in tune with the other three after feeling the impeding danger. He could feel the emotional connection Senna spoke of and his only thought was how much of an advantage it was and would help in making sure the team was in sync. It was his first time speaking to Kyo and Senna in close proximity and they seemed nice enough but it was still to be seen how the three Uchihas and the Akizakura would work together. Date took notice of the empty forest, the completely empty forest void of life, and caught Kyo looking at the foot prints. He choose not to comment on their situation beyond what he had already because he did not want [i]that[/i] responsibility. 

[color=FA8072]"Koibito is right, we will make a great team and I am sure you will be useful."[/color] Date said after Koibito, with a genuine smile. It was in his nature to be an ass, Koibito knew this and he got along just fine with Date, so hopefully his two new teammates would accept it as well and move on form it. 

Date  turned his attention to Kyo when he took on the role of leader, and whether he knew it or not Date did not care, the job was his now and by his little speech seemed like smooth sailing (well flying) from here. He did agree with Kyo about finding a "who" and not a "where" and just as Date suggested high ground was a best bet right now. [color=FA8072]"Well lets get going shall we, no rest for the wicked, plus we gotta hustle if we wanna finish first."[/color] Date said with smirk as he turned in the direction of the foot steps and looked at the treeline they would be headed too.
