[*] -Knowledgeable- Living in the mafia world all his life, he is very familiar with both the comings and goings of the mafia world as well as a great understanding of the structures of families and alliances between them. Not only that but because of his apprenticeship under Talbot he has great understanding on how to use and create rings, box weapons, and any other weapons that use the dying will flame.
[*] -Flame seeing- Romeo has a unique ability to see the dying will flames in everything. This allows him to know a persons flame type as well as how powerful an individual's flame is with just a glance, he gained this ability after years of Talbot training him to do so, telling him it's important to know a persons flame if you are going to make them a weapon.
[*] -Illusion resistance- Because of Romeo's ability to see flames he has a mild resistance to illusion, though this is only useful against smaller scale illusions.
[*] -Versatile- Although not incredibly skilled in any one fighting style or weapon, after years of creating weapons he has learned how to use many to a degree beyond amateur. 
[*] -Multiple flame proficiency- Although only naturally talented with the Rain flame, he is able to effectively use the other 5 dying will flames.
[*] -Trickster- Romeo lives by the motto "Be Prepared." and as such has a plethora of hidden tricks and weapons on him.

[*] -No Single Talent- Because Romeo isn't especially talented in any martial art or weapon, he usually can't beat someone skilled in a way of fighting without the assistance of flames. For instance if both him and his opponent used the same sword and no flames were aloud he would most likely have a difficult time. 
[*] -Arrogant- Because of his large knowledge of flames and boxes, as well as his skill with box weapons, he becomes very cocky in fights and always assumes that one of his tricks will work in any scenario.

Personality: 
Romeo is a rather childish but friendly guy, always willing to help random people out and always with an excited voice. Its not very often that you see him without his signature friendly grin. However he also has a very mischievous side to him as well which comes out from time to time but especially in battle where he goes fully into his trickster persona, changing his usual friendly grin into a cocky smirk. He does not like being unprepared, and as such likes to be ready for anything that life could throw at him.

He especially loves to mess with people he considers “Amusing”, usually seeking out these people for entertainment. 

Backstory: 
Romeo was orphaned at the very young of 3 when his parents who were part of the Vongola family were killed by a rival mafia. After the traumatic event he was adopted by Talbot the Vongola's craftsman after seeing his potential for crafting mafia weapons. Now, years later, he works as both the assistant and apprentice of Talbot.

At the age of 16 on a rather average day he faints while working with Talbot only to wake up a few days later and immediately packing his things and traveling to Songenka, saying that “I had a vision of something amazing that I want to see with my own eyes!!!”. Afterwards he flies to Songenka and transfers first thing into the second year class.


Pre-Box Animal fighting style: 
-Jack of all Trades- Romeo has a familiarity of every and all weapons as well as most fighting styles to the degree that if he were to grab a weapon at random he can use it to an above average degree. Sadly because of this he doesn’t exponentially excel at any weapon.
