Maoin stayed on her heels as they entered the house and she listened to the headmistress as she talked with the girl about her mother and spoke with the headmistress as if they were on familiar terms. A brief look around showed various people who were FAR above her station mingling about and enjoying themselves and suddenly felt very small. The kitten was curious but didn't say anything as the two conversed until she was addressed unexpectedly. If she needed anything? The kitten gave a somewhat nervous curtsy unsure of how to respond. What could she possibly need ... aside from a little wine perhaps? "Thank you headmistress." Aside from backing away respectfully and grabbing two small glasses of wine off the table before heading upstairs however the cat didn't do much else as her and Marie entered one of the guest bedrooms where Maoin blushed across the face. She was supposed to close the door for whatever was about to happen, right? The kitten reached behind her and pulled the door slowly closed before reaching out with one of the glasses of wine and offering it as she sat down on the bed face more than a little flushed. "H-here." Although now would probably be a good time to ask the question that had been bugging her incessantly ever since she mentioned the headmistress' house. "W-who are you exactly? It seems like your mom is high ranking." Had she been addressing Marie improperly? For a few minutes Meowka just stared out into space before eventually turning and looking at one of the dolls. "Is Mistress Katherine finished with the water bitch yet? Can you at least tell me that?" The kitten really hoped thtat one of them wouldn't raise one of their signs and try to communicate with her via writing and instead would simply nod or shake their heads in response. If they didn't respond quickly the cat would simply turn her head up towards the sky and watch it once again as she waited. She supposed she could return hope and take a nap ... A nap sounded great, really... The cat closed her eyes as she leaned against the back of the bench and smiled slightly despite the noise of the festival.
