The number of mobile Zombies is way down because of the lack of victims but with people still dying it's still possible to run across the mobile ones.

Lasthope isolates people who get sick and as soon as the doc says you are dead the skull penetrated to prevent rizn and the body burned within 48 hours (Rizn is slang for the obvious; sorry my attempt at humor)
