[@Aristocles] his normal for would appear to be a normal human.  That being said it wouldn't make sense for his dragon form to be smaller than his human form.  He'd be nowhere near the size of the traditionally gargantuan dragon, but he'd at least be mountable.  Also a full shape-shift wouldn't be possible until later on in the RP, at the beginning of the RP he'd never have even generated draconic traits so he'd be a long ways off from a complete shape-shift.
