What direction would you two like to go?  Outlaw or Law?  

Each has advantages and drawbacks. But the point here is to have the group united in this.  The characters don't have to all like each other. In fact, the two I have one thought the other was stuck up.  And the one that was stuck up thought the other was not a proper lady, spending time in a saloon, working with indians, and hiring 3 non-white folks.  (Yeah, the territories took a rather snootish view of non whites.  Women didn't even get the right to vote until the 20th century.)
