It has potential just a little bit of work, I kinda want to see someone try to make a giant wall in the RP. So you're basically like our United states of america but, smaller right? 

Just a quick option you might want to use. The United states of america today has been trying to develop a portable Rail gun for its navy for some time. Since our world has been proven to be more advance in terms of technology. This means you could have a navy that uses rail-guns or you could equip your men with a smaller version of it. However if you wanted to use said technology, this is gonna be a prototype kind of thing. Because its a Prototype it will be short in supply and you can't equip whole armies with it.
