[@Caliban22] [@SantosGabriel77] [@Scarescrow] Would any of you be involved in World War 2? Writing up my history, (Mostly Alternate History) The Soviet Union initiated the push towards the West after the Spanish Civil War, but it wasn't anything like the Blitz. There would be a stalemate for the majority of the War as the Russians pushed aggressively westwards, while the allied defense held them off, trench warfare and urban warfare would be prominent until 1943 when the allied forces would push out and meet the Russians in a lightning offensive, Operation Blitzkrieg, in an attempt to break the stalemate in Poland, Czechoslovakia, Romania, and Finland which had mostly successful results. 1944-1945 Albert Einstein develops the Nuclear bomb and Wernher Von Braun makes a feasible delivery system, before the weapon was ever used, the Soviets learn about and captures the weapons facility. This is where the Arms Race and Cold War begin. I've got several parties involved already, some committed to a war footing, others providing only volunteers, and others still only providing supplies and aid. Involved parties Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, CCCP/USSR. (I might've missed a few countries here and there, my geography isn't the strongest) EDIT: [@NecroKnight] [@Wildman13] Since you're mostly Ex-Soviet states, I would need some opinions on how things would work during and after the Cold War, since my country would be one of the founding members of the UN. Some of your countries are involved, should I say that UN and NATO pulled back its forces from the countries listed in your CS to allow your nations to be independent? P.S. I tagged you Wildman because from my understanding, you're going to be administrating the UN and NATO, so I might need your help in this as well.
