Death Note: Dawn of A New World

This is a tale, a tale you have heard of once before, no, multiple times. It is the tale of the Death Note, a tool used by Shinigami to steal the lives of humans. There was once a boy in Japan the wielded the Death Note and sought to become a god. However, this is not that tale. Nor is this the same universe that that boy once belonged to. This is an alternate universe, one where a different tale is told. This a world ''trapped'' in a state of twilight where evil exists but does not reign supreme. Two souls exists. The sun and the moon. They each seek to soak the world on their light. When they collide, twilight will break and only one will been seen as ''Justice".

This is alternate universe of Death Note set in modern day America. There are two protagonists to this story, they each have their own struggles in life, but as faceless online friends on the internet, they each enjoy the other's company. However, when the human-killing notebook known as the Death Note enters one of their lives, they must hunt down one another.

This is a 1x1 roleplay that is locked for myself and [@Dream Maker], but you are free to read whatever you want.
