That power is... weird. You mention how gunfire would cause Kafele to swap with the shooter, but what if it's aimed towards his legs only to cripple him? How would an attacker with a knife receive their own attack without their arm being ripped off/warped horribly when they swap places with Kafele? Even with your example, the result is not an immediate, nor certain, fatal wound nor would it be likely that a robber would want to kill someone. You also mention how the action has to be pre-mediated. Later, unless you meant that the driver deliberately tried to run Kafele over, which since you used vehicular manslaughter implies they didn't, why would Cheat Death activate?
