Blitz was silent as he stood before the clear glass window in front of himself. His tail was wrapped firmly around his waist such as his arms were crossed on his chest as he looked upon the blue and green planet among the blackness of space. The planet before him he had never once lay his eye's upon, but he already knew that its name was simply put, Earth. It was but a backwater planet, a piece of rock that housed perhaps one of the weakest if not the weakest of species, humans. 

“Lord Blitz our scanners are not picking up much in terms of high power readings. The majority of inhabitants are concentrated around a max power level of one. Should we commence the operation and send in the invasion force?”

Blitz drew his eye's away from the glass before him and turned his attention to the Brench-seijin before him who served as his right hand. Blitz was silent as he looked upon the blue skinned orange haired alien.

“Do not believe what the sensors report Saizen, you are more then aware that true warriors are capable of suppressing their power levels. No.. I can feel something down there that is strong and there is more then just one. It is feint but they are more then enough to eliminate our invasion force. I do not believe we should so rashly give away our presence just yet.”

Blitz drew his attention back to the glass before him, he grunted although it was barely audible to anyone near him. He knew that this planet harbored fighters that were not normal humans, he could feel them even from here although none of his minions could. Perhaps there was a way he could seek out these strong fighters and gage their abilities without giving away his intentions.

“Saizen prepare to depart, you and me are going down to Earth. We will find and test the abilities of the strongest fighters on this planet ourselves, if they prove to be weak then we will destroy them out right and once they are gone we will take this planet for our own.”

“As you command Lord Blitz I will prepare a dropship at once. Shall we bring a small landing party with us?”

Blitz kept his eye's concentrated on the planet before him as he spoke:

“No I do not foresee any use for such measures, I do not wish to draw attention to myself until the time comes to crush this puny planet. We will go and only us, the ship will remain in a standby mode here in the orbit of Earth until I issue an order otherwise.”

Okay so I am looking for some interest in a DBZ roleplay. Before anyone asks this universe does not possess and cannon characters, no Roshi, no goku or Vegeta and so on. I want this to ideally be a fresh clean slate so we would be the ones who will become the future heros and villains for this roleplay. I am going to allow any race you wish to be, even a made up one if you truly want to put in the effort for it. The first Arc is going to be Blitz as the main villian and then as we progress we can come up with more arcs and villians to face as we go, ideally created by members of the roleplay. If your interest please respond below. There are lots of kinks to work out as of right now, especially with a power system and such. I just want to gage some interest before I go ahead and start working on the finer details of the mechanics of the roleplay.
