In his face there’s tribal paintings just below his eyes and at his chest a deep red circle of some bigger meaning that he doesn’t share with most. He gets quite aggressive if you touch it though. Regardless of this, however, the is nothing much noteworthy of him. Many would think he’s just another crazy tribesman from the outer villages…. so long as he decide to remain human. His preferred look, however, sports a rather large tail at least half the size of his body, black in color and with some sort of webbing holding it together. If he were to smile, then he’d show rows of serrated teeth. These two are the first signs of his inhuman nature. He can take it a step further by dispelling his transformation spell, completely turning into a slim, yet extremely dangerous looking dragonkin. With a crest similar to that of a triceratops, a large snout filled with serrated teeth that can easily tear through flesh, large claws that replace any and all weapons he becomes unable to hold and more importantly, his flesh having been completely replaced by searing hot lava, covered with pieces of rock. This does not make him invulnerable, of course, but it does make it harder to hit him with physical attacks. Not because he becomes intangible, rather because weapons melt  as they enter in contact with his skin. Yggdrasil Race: Heteromorphic Gender: Male Character Level: Yggdrassil:  80 Alignment: 0 - True Neutral Racial Class: Dragonkin - 10 Molten Dragon - 15 Job Class: High Mage - 20 Warrior - 10 Cleric - 10 Fighting Style: Vyrmain certainly prefers to keep people at a distance, and then volley them with a barrage of spells that would incinerate anyone to ashes, vastly preferring fire magic over any other element. However, he is a sadist through and through. Many mages would keep their fair distance over their enemies, but true to his nature Vyrmain remains near enough to watch, and hear, his opponent suffering through it all, whilst smiling and showing his serrated teeth. For when magic is not enough, Vyrmain also has by his side his trusty hammer, almost the same size as himself, and he wields it in both hands. He’s no stranger to melee combat, even if he’d rather keep his opponents at a distance. Albeit, he is fairly weaker in close ranges…. so long as he remains human. It may not happen always, as destruction by lava is hard to wipe off the carpet, but if his master were to give the order then Vyrmain will release the full might of his dragonic heritage, at which point he loses complicated thought processes and becomes only able to follow his master’s orders, in exchange of gaining extreme destructive power. Strengths: Lava. Lots and lots of lava. Due to this being his element of choice, Vyrmain is not affected by either fire nor stone, being able to tank through it as if it were nobody’s business. As a dragonkin, he has wings but his weight does not allow him to even glide with them…. however, he does use them to his advantage in a battle, pushing enemies away or even cutting his foes with the pointy bits. Despite his looks and personality, Vyrmain is quite smart and does not lose his head quite so easily. He can formulate and reformulate strategies in the middle of battle with little to no effort. Weaknesses: That pokemon triangle is finally gonna come in handy. Water? It’s Vyrmain’s worst nightmare, as is Ice. And oh God… is that… GRASS?!  In all seriousness, however, Vyrmain is highly damaged by either Ice, Water or Nature-based attacks. Dragonslayer weapons will also affect him twice as much and, despite how useful Vyrmain’s wings might be in a fight, they are also a blaring weakness for anyone attacking from afar. Even if Vyrmain is quite smart, and loves to brag about it, he is not one for working in large teams. He is not good with teamwork, only if it is his master… and that usually involves her giving the orders and him following them. Speaking of which, Vyrmain lives to serve his master. If there is no master, there is no Vyrmain. Not to say that he is unable to function without her being near, rather, he’ll drop anything he’s doing to come to her aid, even if it means leaving an opening to his enemies. Equipment/Abilities Worthy of Note: Dragon Transformation: Upon years of research towards this very moment, Vyrmain finally achieved what he most wanted. The magic to turn into an actual dragon. However, it has its fair share of downsides. The most blaring one being that all of his weaknesses become twice as effective on him AND also the loss of any complicated thought processes. Certainly, this could be a game-changing ability, but not one he would use without his master’s approval. He gains most of the normal dragon traits, growing in size, upping his defenses and attack, and also gaining a breathe in relation to his primal element. He also gains the ability to fly. How a normal human would view me: A rude butler with an insane obsession to serving his master. Would be handsome-r if he did not have that foul mouth of his. As a dragonkin, something dangerous… something that seems out of place anywhere but a battlefield. Bio/Lore: Vyrmain didn’t always sport the intimidating look he does now. As a hatchling he was weak, a shame to both his parents and his tribe. So he was abandoned. His skin was a shame…. he was not a fire or rock dragon, but rather… an abomination. Left alone in the harsh winters, near the outskirts of a nearby mountain, the dragon tribe expected Vyrmain to freeze to death, and to cease his existence in this world. But as luck would have it in any one Deus Ex Machina development as cliche as the world itself, he was saved. Surely you don’t need to hear all the little details. He was created by Senna to serve her as an NPC. His whole life, since his conception and backstory, is solely to serve Senna. In his backstory, he was taken in and raised to serve. Even if his personality is not at all…. service-oriented, he very much is service-oriented. As the transition was made to the other world, however, Vyrmain was out in his weekly errand for provisions…. someone forgot to turn that off and he was outside. Luckily, he was just about to go into the guild, so he too was transported into the New World. ….unluckily, he was transported somewhere else. To a snowy region no less. As he gained sentience, though, he panicked first due to being far away from his master. However, and after he secured somewhere safe to sleep in, he rationalized it all and soon decided to set off in search of his master once more. Hopefully, he’d find her soon enough.
