Also per [@Raknarion]'s suggestion about having a discord server, I maintain a private server that has channels to cater to this. I can volunteer it as a hub if necessary. It also gets used by some friends for other gaming activities but I have a dedicated channel for roleplay and can add an additional private room for this RP specifically. Just if anyone's interested.
