Appearance: Celeste has pitch black hair that contrasts deeply with his glowing turquoise eyes. He has no care for his appearance and let's his hair remain like so after he'd showered or gotten up from bed. The same can be said for his wardrobe. He picks what's available for him and as it happens, he only has plain monotone and neutral colors. He's fond of wearing long-sleeved shirts and fitted jeans. This particular choice of clothing makes him look taller, as he stands 5'9" tall with the long sleeved and fitted jeans accentuating the length of his limbs. He rarely goes out with an eye-catching color on his body, which makes it easier to notice his unusual eyes. The cold doesn't bother him so in times of winter, he can be seen wearing what the usual shirt-and-pants ensemble.

Personality: He's scatterbrained and when spoken to, he drifts off easily. Most misunderstand this for disinterest, but it's a core part of him to have his head up in the clouds. His moods are unpredictable and can vary from time to time, which makes for more misunderstanding. Spending time by himself during the colder seasons is a habit of his and he might seem more approachable and peaceful at that time. Whenever it's the warmer seasons, his unpredictability increases and he's rarely seen outdoors, and if he was he'd be in the coldest areas - like under the shade of forest trees, the river, or near the ventilation system.

Biography: Celeste was raised in the upper regions, where it's coldest. It was by the sea and spending most of his childhood there made him partial to the cold and water. A few times he had encountered monsters by the sea and most of the time, he almost ended up dying. This led to him discovering his magical affinity at an early age and was sent immediately to the institute.
