Well, my first RP was given to me by someone who replied on my intro post. It's this one.

They're still open and accepting. Other than that, I just went to the search box and searched specific forums, without actually putting anything in the search box. Then I just submitted my CSs into whichever RPs interested me. No one's said anything to me about being new or anything.
