It's all good, it's stuff I'm working on dealing with, and tonight will be easier since it's Friday and I don't have to rush as much since I don't have work the next day. 
I have a bit more a good idea on how to start too; I think getting us going with some action from the start and our characters almost being thrown together by circumstances, and then sticking together after might be a good way to introduce them and get us off to a quick start and some action out of the gate. Plus then they'll have more to talk about immediately afterward and have an experience in common to discuss.
