I didn't know that you can do that in google map. For you question about the  two people playing the same map the answer is Well that depends on the one that owns the nation right now, if he or she wants to share the nation then it is fine but I do recommend the use of another nation. most of the world history can be found in the nations history that is already in the character page of this RP.
