Military might: total population:50,837 (not including refugees)
Active duty: 1,750,000
Reserve: 2,000,000

I'm going to assumed that 50,837 are your official citizens that you would currently have and all of them are part of the military(not sure if all of them are all part of the military). The remaining 1,699,163 on active duty would be the refugees that left to the border, right? So I'm assuming that most of them would be from South America and possibly some parts of the Caribbean or maybe most of them would come from the united states. The total population of the Caribbean is 39.17 million this of course was in 2009, so it will be higher now. 422.5 million for south america in 2016 so the population as of now would be bigger. and as of north america it is 579 million in 2016. 

I can safely assumed that all the refuges that you can get automatically get conscripted for the war effort and the 50,837 would be the population that you actually started with? Just a question and how I think your population would be and how you got the military. Of course if you have a different plan or course of action then you can simply ignore this and if you need help just ask me and the others.
