Partly that but the population of California I. 2016 was 39.25 million added with Oregon's 4 million Washington's 7 million and Nevada's 3 million. Assuming there be several million (I have no idea how bad the west would be hit so I went with that.) Anyways so I suppose it would be a mix of regular soldiers, conscripts from Latin America and Canada(not sure, been along time since I have seen a map) and volunteer militia I guess. But I will take care of the kids edits later on today when I'm not so busy.
