All the characters look good. When the OOC goes up, you all can just drop the characters in the character section.

When it comes to weapons. Think modern world. You are not allowed to walk around armed in the city unless you are part of the clergy, the military, or the police. If your character has access to weapons, and isn't part of these groups, they'd know enough to keep them hidden.
