Appearance: Large reptilian green eyes with some traces of a reptilian hide/scales around them. He has hair on his head, but it's thin and he usually wears a hat over it. He has slightly tanned skin mostly apart from as mentioned around his eyes hands and feet. All his nails are very sharp and are sharp enough to be used as a basic weapon as are his teeth. He has a few black spines that come out of his back. He generally wears white clothes that are stained. His face has some sort of a snout (think argonian from skyrim with less scales.)

Biography: (only what staff would know from their application) Mother died during child birth, father abandoned him on street. He was adopted by a familly when he was 2 months old. He was able to speak when he was 18 months old and walked at 5 months. He was able to quickly learn anything. He was able to attend school and did very well. He also speaks (I'm assuming these languages exist.) German and Latin.

Changing matter into energy and vice versa heat manipulation and doing potentially anything with enough energy. though the two mentioned before are his main things. Also controlling gasses and storing energy into some objets aka batteries.

Innate Magic Talent:  Converting heat. He can melt metals with a glacier behind him or melt a glacier with some fire behind him.
Interests:  Engineering rifles science, medicine and developing his magic.
Skills: Engineering he can create several different mechanisms and commonly tinkers with something.
Photographic memory. Explains itself.
Precise incredible hand to eye coordination and never has a shaky hand. 
Biology Knows human weak points making him a somewhat effective hand to hand fighter.
