[b][color=cyan]Bio/Summary: A showoff of the highest caliber, always looking to show off and flaunt his abilities to anyone who will watch. A very narcissistic child, but he has talent almost as large as his ego so watch out. Hard to piss him off, but when he does get pissed then watch out. A sidenote, he's stands at about 5'1 but insists that he's 5'7, bringing up his height is usually a good way to annoy him.[/color][/b]
[b][color=cyan]Vessel: A blue rose kept in his pocket, but upon throwing it in the air it turns into either a beautiful rose covered whip or a revolver seemingly made of glass.[/color][/b]
[b][color=cyan]Abilities: Chen controls ice, but his ice is typically shaped like plants such as roses, vines, things he finds beautiful. When firing his revolver or using his whip whatever he fires at/strikes will sprout icy flowers. Those flowers can then grow vines as he sees fit to grab or strike at enemies. If he has to he can touch whatever he wants to use his abilities, but it's not nearly as strong as when he uses his Vessel. [/color][/b]
[b][color=cyan]Equipment: Chen carries a wide variety of magician's tricks and gags, such as cards, handkerchiefs tied together, he pulls stuff out of his top hat, things along those lines. But most of them have dual purposes, the card's edges are razor sharp, the handkerchiefs can be used as a rope, his top hat has a knife in it as well as a bouquet of flowers. [/color][/b]
