[@mnkee] Not yet, next round it can arrive. Remember, anything that includes moving through the city, skills (even for NPC's) will have to be checked by the Gm for rolls and outcomes. So don't over plan, you could end up really disappointed. Ideas are great but make sure not to let things run away from you.
