While she recognized a few of the others as she walked, she didn't pay them much mind. There was a hunger in her gut, but it was not for food. There was a thirst in her throat, but not for water. No, it was something primitive. Like it was her innate desire. The only person Millicent focuses on is the woman on the edge of the cliff. She didn't recognize her, but she felt like the woman had the right idea. Even as she fell off the edge, Millicent knew. She had no fear on her face, she did not scream. The water. That's where she needed to be. She paid little mind to the others. She had to get there. Whatever happened to her to bring her here, to bring her to this point, she was sure the answers lay at the bottom. So without a moment's hesitation, she set one foot off and then the other...and then she fell into the waters.
