Just to more or less illustrate what I'm trying to figure out, which of the following is the most what you're looking for: "spell that turns water into a sword," or "spell that controls water, including such forms as mist or ice?" The character I'm currently envisioning is sort of a prophet/mystic, and I'm trying to figure out how much I have to nail down their abilities, when already their realm of expertise is vague and impermanent.
