Her father passed away when she was quite young and the moment she came of age, she took his father's place in court, as per his own dying request. That's why her mother tirelessly put her up through the yearly seasons in the hopes of not only marrying her off, but also with a motive to build relations and solidifying allegiances specially now that there is some growing tension between Stonia and Edochat. As a duchess with genuine devotion to her country she is aware that her duty comes first before her own interests, and although she has truly none of it in looking for a man to marry, it is still bound by her responsibilities.

Educated and raised in high society, as a child her family had made sure that she never works a day in her life. She is somewhat spoiled, and may come off as snobbish and entitled at first, but looking pass that is an enthusiastic bluestocking with a fascination for arts and astronomy. When romance is brought up on the table she is rather indifferent of it, or that mainly she just has no interest in the matches given to her by her parents. Although it sounds too auspicious to her, the thought of finding romance still holds some appeal to her. She is very secretive of her inclinations, as to not disappoint her parents and thinks that it would come in between of her true priorities, making it hard for her to choose her heart's true wishes.
