Jotuns and wargs can transform into giants and wolves respectively, but I'm not sure if there are any creatures in Norse lore that can transform into shadow creatures. If anyone knows of one that can, however, feel free to call me out on it!

Also, as for the list of Norse World Eaters that are taken off the table, off the top of my head:
Hel
Nidhoggir
Fenrir
Jormungandr
Skoll
Hati

In addition, the Norse gods are off the table by default, although they don't quite count as WEs. c:

(Surtr is also now off the table now that Jest has taken him, but I didn't want it to seem like I was being wishy-washy on whether he was allowed or not, haha)
