Magic Circuit quantity to E, quality to EX, Od to a sub-E value (pick a value between 1 and 2, and put it there instead of a rank). 

Gloves will need prana to be run through them to activate. 

Alchemy ability should be a good bit better than just above the average; any Einzbern with half-decent magecraft ability should be pretty first-rate.

I'm assuming the healing works by speeding up natural healing processes. State if that's not the case.
