On board the newly commissioned HMS Leer a 28 gun frigate. With a fresh wooden deck. Glittering copper and an armament of 28 nine pounder long guns, 4 six pounders on the quarterdeck, and 2 18 pounder carronades on the forecastle. She is just waiting at port for her crew.
