One of the oldest nations in the world. Ludoran Empire is a large, proud and patriotic nation situated in the north of the world and is the birthplace of steam engine technology. Economically the nation is supported by a large number of various exports and by neighbouring smaller nations, it provides “aid” to. Given its age, Ludoran has a very long history. Formed from the Kingdom of Null after it allied itself with its neighbours and they banned together under one banner to create the Ludoran Empire.

In the northern reaches of the world little is done without the Ludoran Empire being aware of it. Ludoran Empire being known to employ an extensive network of spies and agents. To monitor things and if needed act to protect the Empire interests or to acquire something the Empire wants.

The Ludoran Empire is currently ruled by Empress Claudia Wetherell the 4th. Her son Prince James Wetherell the 3rd to take the throne next. Although getting advance in age Claudia much loved by her people having seen her Empire to victory 3 wars, one of those being civil and gone to great efforts to make sure the people of the Empire are taken care of even in the hardest of time. Making the populace fairly content with their lot in life. Although this might also be partly to the Imperial propaganda machine that is always at work. 

Currently, the empire is recovering from a war that ended two years ago and is in the process of rebuilding destroyed border towns and military. With that said the Ludoran Empire still boast the largest Sky Ship Navy in the world. Since their introduction into the world Empress Claudia as been enamoured with them and has dedicated much of the Empire’s military funding into the development and construction of Sky Ships. Always demanding for larger more advance Ships to developed. This has lead to the rest of its military being somewhat lacking in funding, and somewhat small for a nation of its size.

Although given her she born a Royal she was given the very best as child she has little interest in the finer things in life 90% of the time. At times or when told Casandra will throw her title around and engage with upper echelons of society briefly before getting fed up with them.  She is also the Adventurous type and will give anything a go at least once. 

Cassandra is a fairly straight forward woman and tends to keep herself easy to read. So people that are dealing with her are able to see if she's happy, sad or angry. Making her quite expressive of her current. She will stating to those how she is feeling if she thinks they are not aware. However she does make an effort to hide when she is flustered or afriad. Finding the display of those traits unbecoming of any person of her background.
She also tends offer her thoughts on subjects freely most of the time weather they are wanted or not. Caring little if they upset someone.

Cassandra is a woman whos live her life by a personal code making her her behavior in some situations somewhat easy to predict. Once that code she live buy has been learnt. When it comes to facing problems or challenges Cassandra fairs well even when under pressure. Able to come up with plans quickly and execute them effectively. However her plans are about the long term result and as she cares little if some must endure hardship so long as things end in success in the end.

Cassandra is also a woman with relatively short fuse. Push her buttons and she'll quickly snap. Offering a torrent of nasty words and if pushed to far the end of her blade. (or a serving of her water Magic later on)

After the war she quickly fell out of the public eye after she stopped making public appearance. But she is still considered to be a national hero.

Cassandra is captain of the Ludoran sky ship called the Sky Hammer. Although it is currently docked back home. If she can get word home she requires it she can have it deployed to where she needs it. All she needs then is to wait for it to arrive.

Cassandra being royalty and traveling with her mothers blessing has her travels as access to the her share of the Royal coffers so is rarely strapped for money in nations her homeland has a presence. Provided she can prove she is indeed a princess. Normally using a medallion that her mother gave to her.
