Just post your CS here or PM me it and I will add it to [Meet the Cast].
I think what bogs down most RPs is having to submit a stack of papers before the actual RP even starts. I just don't see the point, especially if someone is going to quit the RP anyway. 
Also the setting of this RP lends itself to a "less permanent" presence by the players, since we can all just assume the player died if they no longer take part in the story. :P
