[@Dark Light] I'll be feeding off of this concept. I was discussing some of the issues with Chimeras with Flitter before, but I wasn't sure how far I should go with it. Since we've got a few characters with serious identity problems, I guess I know what route we should take here. I'll leave it at this. First generation Chimeras typically have horrifying home lives and second generation chimeras almost always have very, very unusual parents, assuming the parents even stick together. The exception is when the original monster stock is a fully sapient breed and is friendly to humans, in which case both the human and the monster are weirdos by their respective societies' standards.
