Nathaniel stood waiting for the girl to take the test, that was until a vampire of unknown origin appeared out of nowhere, it spoke but Nathaniel did not listen, he only readied his blade to strike.  Alaia stood ready behind them, as always, shouting "combat position!", the second hunter unsheathed his blade as a huge disfigured werewolf appeared, its multiple heads frightened him, causing him to charge at it and swing hit after hit at the beast.
(The hunter is expendable, do whatever you want with him.)
Nathaniel disliked his situation, however he could not leave, not if Alaia is here.  Nathaniel coupled his holy magic with fire, spreading out wings of fiery light, sword now glowing furiously with divine runes of fire, spitting flames, this would wound Nathaniel more than when he last did it, it was why he always wore a helmet.
