All characters except for the Thule Society Master, who will be posted today I'm told and the abilities of whom have already been disclosed to the German faction, have now been posted. As such, it's now officially partnering time. 

You all will have a 24 hour time window to decide on partnering for your characters. If you have an unpartnered character and there is a Master or Servant you would like to partner with specifically, please state this in your faction's chat.

If 24 hours proves unreasonable and we have multiple still-unmade pairs at that time because people have been busy, then I will extend this. In the worst-case scenario, we will move to random assignment, but I doubt it will come to that.

After pairings are decided, there will be 48 hours for the factions to think of initial strategies as well as to send me the locations each of their characters will be at during Phase One of Day One. If you're confused by what I mean by this, refer to "Logistics" in the OP. For instance, you should send me via the faction chat "Sigurd and his Master will be at the Ryuudouji Temple, Cocles's Master will be at the docks, Cocles will be in Miyama", and so on. After this is sent in, the roleplay itself will begin.
