I would like to ask, who would want to interact with the Daleks once they start exploring in week's time? They'd also send out a transmission to request for building services, acquisition of biological specimens, technology, and information. I will warn though, they are quite bossy and they aren't cuddly friendly. They will offer their technology, intellect, and are willing to negotiate a few terms.

Usually Daleks wouldn't do this, they prefer to do things themselves, but I need someone to help me trigger an event for the Daleks.
