We don't have a template no. The main things I need to know to give you the site link are their power (alphahuman or betahuman, and if betahuman then exactly how it works and what its drawbacks are) and how they acquired it during the Riptide attacks. Everything else you could probably choose to reveal organically during the game, or if you like you can make a quick summary.

You could maybe play an ex-Riptide lieutenant? If you're really keen. Maybe someone who defected after seeing them go too far with their agenda, but still believes in some of their ideals. I would really need to ask one of the other GMs, he was more involved in the lore creation. I'll get back to you!
