Yes, there is a plot. However, it only revolves around the jailbreak, from then, I guess everyone can come up with ideas and we can see which one is most liked. So a tiny bit semi-free-form.
All accepted characters will be played as members of the villainous group, but NPC's are welcome. If the NPC plays a key role, plot wise, then just pm me about it before posting in the IC. Pursuing own goals is fine, but in other rps I have seen that have like three sub plots with people in separated groups, the rp usually dies. So I want everyone to stay together as much as possible which will be possible by a singular plot focus. By that I mean, all chosen villains from this thread are going to form a team and will be sent out on villainous assignments. 
Restrictions on any fantasy//supernatural entities such as vamps, trolls, elf, fairy, werewolf, but you can base abilities off them e.g. a human with the power to take on the characteristics of a wolf, both mental and physical. e.g. No outright ghosts, but an ability to walk through solid objects is fine. I will allow alien type entities like symbiotes.
