HEy, I'm interested but I have a few questions about races and starting items and gear.

1) Regarding races, are those the only ones? I've got some characters who might be interesting for this but they'd have to be altered to fit this format

2) What are the limits on starting gear? Could we have magical items with minor enchants on them?
