Does Elvira need a secret identity?” Age: “Elvira’s...age? Elvira doesn’t know...” (About twelve-ish) Gender: “Elvira is a she. Does Elvira look like a boy? Should Elvira wear makeup?” Allegiance: “Elvira does what the scary woman says.” (Aka America, following Waller’s orders) Occupation: “Elvira is supposed to be working?! Elvira needs to go find a job then.” Appearance: “Can you not see Elvira? Did Elvira turn invisible?! Elvira is worried!” The first thing to note about Elvira is that she’s albino. This means her skin is pale, unless she’s been in the sun, in which case she’s probably red as a tomato; her hair is white, long, and unkempt; her eyes are red. Beyond that, her fashion consists of a worn dress, bare feet, a couple padded gloves. For accessories, she has four spiked bracelet, one on each ankle, and two holding her gloves on her hands, and a collar of similar design. Personality: “Elvira likes candy, puppies, kitties, butterflies, stuffed an-” [s]Let the narrator handle this one Elvira.[/s] In one word, most people would either describe her as ‘cute’ or ‘odd’. On one hand, she’s like most every kid. She likes anything cute, and adores sugary treats. On the other hand, she refers to herself in third person, and can be known to give people too much information. She is talkative, and always honest, a bad combination if you decide to share any secrets. To top it off, she’s prone to quick changes of the mood, not really in a ‘mood swing’ sense, but more like it’s easy to make her mad, or sad, or any of her emotions really. This can result in her being even more talkative than usual, or giving people the silent treatment, or as some have come to call it ‘oh thank god’. Backstory: “Elvira was raised in a white room with lots of stuffed animals. Elvira found a shiny eye in one of their stomachs once, but it was gon the next day. Is Elvira crazy?” Elvira’s history isn’t clearcut. Her origins are unknown, and it isn’t even really known if she’s entirely human. She was found one day by the government agency with her little robot partner when she was three, when they tried to catch the strange girl, they were fully armed and even had a tank. She broke the tank, and then fell asleep. Since then she was raised in a small white room, taken out daily for training and tests. Waller was the head of this program, intending to use her as a weapon to defeat the Russian’s best weapon, though after numerous tests found this to be an unlikely scenario, given her weak durability. With using her as a full on weapon of war out of the question, she was instead used as a weapon for smaller things. Like breaking up drug rings, and other internal conflicts. Though she was never given any formal combat training, and instead was just told to ‘hit that’, so as to avoid any rebelling. Of course she still did plenty of that, being a kid and all, but she was usually kept happy and unrebellious with new gifts of cute stuffed animals.
Elvira was once given what everyone else perceived to be an extremely ugly stuffed animal. She swore it was the most adorable thing, and carried it everywhere. A new government agent working at the facility she was being raised in saw it, insulted it, and even tried to throw it away. He was found about a mile away from the facility...luckily he was a powered individual, with superhuman durability so she just knocked him out. “Elvira still hasn’t forgiven that awful man. Fluffers is the cutest thing Elvira ever owned.”
Equipment: -Fluffers- “Elvira loves Fluffers. Elvira is sure Fluffers loves her too.” One of Elvira’s many stuffed animals, though unlike her others, this one is often traveling with her. Most people find it to be ugly, and the fact that it’s been worn down over the ages doesn’t help any, but to Elvira, it is her most prized possession. Try and throw it away if you dare. The scary woman says Elvira can only hit who she says to though.” Elvira doesn’t have any overly special power. She just has enhanced strength. Meaning, if she hits you, you’re going to feel it. Her total strength is said to be greater than Superman’s, but as she lacks the durability to match she can’t hold out in a fight for very long. -Cinder- “Elvira likes Cinder. Cinder is Elvira’s friend.” ‘Cinder’ is the little floating robot she carries with her. Cinder is a simple little robot, it doesn’t try to emulate emotions, rather it just floats alongside Elvira, observing and recording everything around it. It has a mini flamethrower built into it for self defense, fuel source unknown. -Sturdy but Brittle- “Elvira can hit, but doesn’t like to be hit. Elvira doesn’t like the pain.” Put simply, she can use her strength to it’s fullest potential, without shattering every bone in her body when she does. Does that seem overpowered and unfair? Not at all. Because her bones are only resistant to her own strength, not external force. She’s actually rather brittle, and it doesn’t take super strength to exploit this. For example, while she might be theoretically able to stop a moving vehicle with her strength, the external force of the vehicle hitting her would still crush her, so she would have to be a little more creative and make a small crater for it to fall in, instead of trying to stop the vehicle itself.
