[@BCTheEntity] Growing up is like evolution over time. Regular people do grow and develop into different 'forms' but there's no going back from them like with an Evolution. Basically evolution is like mega evolution from pokemon, or as if a regular monster went from baby to rookie, and certain mons could get to Champion through battle. Of course, some mons simply grow.
