It wasn't anything worth getting so spooked over. After all, Marxello was a friend...albeit kind of a scary one. He'd heard plenty of horror stories about the Order...he didn't really understand why tensions had to be at such a point between races that paladins of faith became monster dropping, purifying cherry popping crusaders. At least Marxello was nice. Heck, he even seemed to have a Monster for a girlfriend too, so maybe he was more open-minded than most. But, Magnus wasn't in any real mood to explain why Marxello was okay to have in the building, and simply walked right on in. Given how low his shoulders were hung as he walked with his back hunched in a very visible degree of "done with this", Magnus entered the guild building and promptly collapsed at a nearby table. He was...really not feeling it after that last quest. Sure, they got a new guild member but...he still didn't get at ALL what that last "job" was supposed to be. He honestly felt like a fool for being so scared of the nothing in the woods, but...man, Celes made some scary noises with the wind. He was however at the very least glad that nobody got hurt, barring both his and Freyr's pride. Lifting his sullenly sunken head for a moment off the table, Magnus cleared his throat and said: "Um...Marxello is with us, Miss...He's from the Order, but he's a friend. I-I mean, as long as you don't do anything wrong. I...think." the Minotaur said, giving a somewhat cautious glance to Marxello. As a man, he was intimidating. As a human, he was huge. And as a warrior? Probably someone far beyond Magnus' caliber and meager training could hope to hold a candle to. But...that was just how heroes worked, right? Old story books he read used to talk about how monsters used to be basically cannon fodder for the Human Heroes from the last Demon Lord's time. Marxello would also probably feel that Magnus was staring for too long, with a curiously focused look that could be mistaken for a glare. Minotaurs just kinda looked angry. Especially when they had a natural inclination to be sporting two black scilera'd peepers if they happened to be the only male one in existence. Well, that he knew of.
