Presumably because he's the slave...?

I understand what you're getting at though, what with him being a Teifling and literal demonspawn (several times removed?), but character-wise he was conditioned to be subservient to his master or be punished severely (or culled). Isilfarrel is his master. 

Now even if she DID potentially give him some orders such as "tie her up,""light some candles," [s]and hold them over her exposed[/s] THE POINT BEING is that despite fulfilling the traditionally accepted "Dom" role in the scenario he would still be following her orders, hence making him a Sub.
