To answer the question, that's left somewhat open-ended. You can be if you choose to, but there's other ways you could go about an approach. Despite how the character [i]should usually[/i] react, I tend to handwave a bit to make a cold approach easier for sake of story. (A trained hitman on edge and with a loaded weapon isn't someone you would make a cold approach to typically.) I am reminded that I need to put up the new revised version of the starter that I like much better. Much more subtle tidbits in there for the reader to catch.
