Unfortunately not; it went through several iterations. Mostly they failed due to lack of posts, because people kept dropping out before the plot really got a chance to get off the ground. In one case everyone stopped posting just as things were about to get interesting which was [i]massively[/i] frustrating, and in another I just gave up because I was burned out on the game universe and trying to build up some momentum... aaaand people kept dropping out. 
Again.
It just got so tiring that I got fed up of trying. 

Also most of those settings sounds pretty good to me for an RPG, and I'll be interested to see what you come up with.
