Kengo: Master Of Bushido is an underrated gem if you really are into tactical sword combat. The game is basically a tech demo though, no real game-play outside of the duels.

Also much like [@King Tai] I have a very huge fondness for the mostly forgotten 'beat em up' genre.
So I consider these games to all be Le-Gems too.

Overrated? probably [b]Super Monkey Ball[/b], the game isnt even that cute.
