I'll put a very tentative interest on the wind dragon but I'd really like more info on the setting.  When you say 'modern times' do you mean like the 21st century? Or modern relative to the past events? Is this world earth? Is magic a regular force in this world? Do people know or believe in dragons still or have they become nothing more than legends? Why have the dragons returned?
