It depends on how big it was.  Shuttles and small freighters could probably be docked with [@Sirkaithethird]'s ship.  Anything larger would need to have someone (probably Kale) load the course for you, then purge the files from the nav computer once you are in system.
Either way, you'd be stuck in system.  Shuttles and small freighters could be used to move cargo and people the ship on orbit.
