[@hagroden] I'm quite certain Isil would have considered the possibility already - she's not one to not really thoroughly investigate or consider something if she's interested in the topic of something. The reason she's not currently invested in it is because its taken her a bit of study and practice to get past that natural debuff High Elves have when learning non-restorative focused magics. In this case, her Aether magic. She doesn't want to split her focus and let that area of study suffer. As well, as there is a bit of a personal motivator there. She wants to prove that the High Elves are limiting themselves as well as stagnating themselves with their own seemingly disinterested attitude. That said, if the headmistress doesn't change her mind about her class assignments she won't really have much of a choice and will explore that option anyways. Her 'Ehancement' magic is in part restoration and alteration though, from what Spirit has told me so she'll get something from this either way. Really, she's just salty she didn't get exactly what she wanted. [hr] He is still free to make the suggestion though, of course. Isil would at least be intrigued by such a thing, especially if there were books on it since I am assuming the High Elves wouldn't have had such tomes.
