[color=lightcoral][u]S K I L L  S E T:[/u][/color] Though he can come off as rude, Roger is a very truthful man, he doesn't embellish the truth or exaggerate details, he simply tells the truth no matter how hard it can be. Roger is also a amazing soldier, decades of war has trained him to be a combat mastermind, he could easily win a fight with someone over twice his size. He is a trained general as well, he is the person who leads you into battle. He is also good with fear tactics, he's the one man you don't want to mess with. He is also a really good leader due to his ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

[color=lightcoral][u]P E R S O N A L I T Y:[/u][/color] Roger is a very no-nonsense kind of guy, he always says whats on his mind, he finds the idea of lying horrid and refuses to do so, Roger is obsessed with honor and oaths and views it as a guiding force in his life, he would sooner die than break an oath. he is incredibly loyal to his commander, he is ready to fulfill any order given to him by Starfleet, no matter how horrific it can be. he is a dutiful man, though he can come off as unsympathetic, he is very altruistic and kind, he is fiercely loyal to his friends and would sooner die than let any harm come to them. He has a big hatred for chicken.

[color=lightcoral][u]H I S T O R Y:[/u][/color] Born to a whore and a scotsman, dropped in the middle of a forgotten spot on mars, he grew up to be a soldier and a leader, Roger never knew his family, he was forced to survive among the urban jungle of mars, he spent each day of his life attempting to make it to the next. A Gang of orphan's found him as a baby, the orphans raised him as one of their own, Roger's family left him and another took it's place. Most of the Orphan's were content with living out their lives in suffering, fighting to find food. But Roger wanted a better life, but however the only other life he could have was the life of a soldier, The War between Earth and Mars broke out and Mar's needed men. Roger signed up immediately and parted ways with his fellow gangsters. Roger's life had only gotten worse however, the War's were harsh and cruel, the suffering he saw broke him down. in a way he became addicted to the conflict surrounding him, the goal of a better life became impossible to reach, The only life he knew was the life of a soldier. When the war ended he couldn't readjust to a civilian life, so he joined Starfleet so he could find further conflict.

[color=lightcoral][u]F L A W[/u][/color] Roger only knows how to destroy, he makes a terrible civilian, he finds it incredibly hard to do anything unrelated to combat, years of harsh warfare has made its mark on him, he lacks any sort of empathy, his brain is developed to fight instead of talking and as a result he is rude, his honestly and loyalty can come off has harsh and unforgiving, those who serve him will find that he is cold, he is prone to putting logic over feelings, as a result he treats other people as tools instead of living and breathing human beings.[/hider]
